District Supply Department fined the owner of Anil Auto Service Station situated in Delta I, Rs 10,000 for giving petrol to helmet-less riders.
The department took this action after receiving a complaint through WhatsApp. The department found more drawbacks in the pump during the investigation of the complaint.
District magistrate BN Singh had ordered that helmet-less riders will not be allowed to buy petrol. Many people complained that this petrol pump situated in Delta I was not following the orders.
District supply officer Aryan Yadav ordered the district coordination officer Amit Prakash to investigate the matter and the complaint was found to be true.
