Residents of Urbtech Xavier, a high rise in sector-168, are frustrated over the pathetic situation of the basement parking area.
Despite raising the issue with the Noida Authority officials and the builder, no action has been taken so far. The condition is only getting worse.
“The parking area is in a pathetic condition with debris and garbage lying around almost everywhere. Parking a vehicle feels like a mission. The builder has charged crores for this basement yet it is in such a bad state,” said one of the residents.
On the condition of anonymity another resident said, “We somehow managed to organise two meetings with the then CEO of Noida Authority. In the first meeting, which was held on 14th May, the authority investigated the matter, and in the second one scheduled for 2nd July, the authority instructed their officials to conduct an inspection in the area. On 4th July an official even visited the site, but nothing happened as he did not submit his report with the authority."
Despite receiving orders from Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the Noida authority has not taken any action so far.
