Dipankar Kumar, resident said that Barun Dey and Sanjay Mathur, Sr. Officers of EROS-Group met residents on July 31, 2019.
After months of agitation over poor maintenance services and lack of basic amenities, by the residents of Eros Sampoornam, a high-rise in Greater Noida West the management has finally responded. Representative of EROS-Group Harvinder Singh agreed to a meeting on August 9, 2019 by email.
Dipankar Kumar, resident said that Barun Dey and Sanjay Mathur, Sr. Officers of M/s Ajay Enterprises Private Limited (EROS-Group) met residents on July 31, 2019 and asked for the time to reply point-by-point on the issues raised by them.
He further added “We went to meet the representatives of EROS-Group on July 31, 2019 in the Estate Office and heard them patiently and after listening to the same statements, we conveyed to them a clear message that residents are looking for a professional approach to resolve all issues. We concluded our meeting after our last statement that residents need everything in written point-by-point on the concerned issues raised on 24.06.2019 and 20.07.2019.”
“Until all the points are discussed and the issues are resolved, we will not stop our agitation,” stated Dipankar Kumar.
