Residents of Grand Ajnara Heritage, a high rise in Sector 74, Noida on Friday complained that a big chunk of wall plaster fell down damaging several flower pots placed below residential tower-O in the society.

They said that the incident exposes low quality of construction material used for developing the society as it has already started coming off. The residents informed about the same to the maintenance agency who was requested to initiate the work immediately.

D K Singh, president of Apartment Owner Association (AOA), Grand Ajnara Heritage, informed that the incident occurred in the morning around 8 am when many of the residents were on a morning walk. He said, "They are now frightened and worried over their investment of purchasing their house in the society. They spent their life time in saving the money in order to buy a home. However, now they think that they have been deceived by the developer as it has only been two years since the society was developed and the wall plaster has already started wearing off.”

Grand Ajnara Heritage is not the only society where the plaster has fallen. There are many societies in Noida which have reported the similar incident.
