Grand Ajnara Heritage residents hold meeting with Noida MLA

Members of Grand Ajnara Heritage society management on Saturday met with Noida MLA, Pankaj Singh, to apprise him about the issues being faced by the residents.

DK Singh, President of Apartment Owner Association of the society told that they handed over a memorandum to the MLA, seeking his attentions towards issues that are causing problems. He said, "We urged him to look into the matter." 

The memorandum comprises a list of issues being faced by the residents inside and outside the complex. The memorandum includes covering of the open drains along the boundary walls of the complex, planting of fresh grass on roadsides to enhance the beauty of the area, and replacing the electricity consumption reading meter installed by the developer with ones provided by the power the distribution company. 

During the meeting, residents also raised the issue of law and order. They demanded frequent police patrolling and bringing the area under remote surveillance.

They told that the areas are densely populated and hundreds of office goers travel through the area on a regular basis. Usually, they use their own vehicles but suffer due to the absence of petrol pumps in the vicinity. The facility of a petrol pump should be brought for their conveniences, resident demanded. 

Singh further said that the MLA assured them that all their issues would be resolved. He said, "We also demanded him to take the issue of low-quality construction material used for building the society with the Chief Minister and urge him to initiate necessary steps get the building audit done."
