Residents of Sector 74, 75, 76 and 120 and members of Yuva Sangharsh Samiti along with students from various other schools came forward to join hand in this social cause. Hundreds of saplings were planted along the boundary walls of a playground in Sohrakha, besides Sector 120.
In spite of the intense heat and humidity we are inspired to go through this process to plants sapling, said Shweta Bharti, a resident of Sector 76. She also added, “As a matter of fact we have come to a state of emergency and the plantation drive is the necessity of the hour. We have to instigate more such drives across the state."
