As per the officials, it was observed that many builders have been deliberately delaying the completion of their projects.

Greater Noida bench of UP RERA held a meeting with a group of real estate developers on Tuesday and has directed them to submit an action plan of their stalled projects within a week. It has emerged that as many as eight builders, whose 16 projects with more than 10,000 flats are pending, have been directed to complete their documents and present them before RERA.
As per the officials, it was observed that many builders have been deliberately delaying the completion of their projects and therefore, the RERA officials have started reviewing the development of projects. Real estate developers like, Rudra Group and Devika builders have been asked to hold a meeting with the concerned authorities and to resolve their issues.
In the meeting, real estate developers such as Patel Advance, Capitals and Rajesh Projects have been asked to resolve the homebuyers issues with the help of the conciliation forum. While the bench has asked the Mascot, Jatasya Group builders, and few others to submit an action plan of their projects within a week.
“A review meeting was held during which builders have been directed to submit their action plans within a week. If failed they flail to comply the order, RERA would take action against them,” said a RERA official in Greater Noida.
