The developer allegedly used low quality construction material due to which incident like these keeps occurring in the society.
The Residents of Express Zenith, a high rise residential society in Sector 77, Noida on Sunday had a narrow escape when a big chunk of plaster fell down from the 12th floor of an under-construction building in the society.
The plaster fell from the 12th floor to the reception area of the society.
Talking to our reporter, Satish Sharma, a resident of the society complained that the developer had not covered the ongoing construction area with tarpaulin due to which the plaster fell down. The plaster fell with so much intensity that it made a big hole in the wooden ceiling of the reception areas.
Sharma said, "We were lucky as none of us were present near the reception when the incident occurred. It could have caused severe injuries had it fallen on any of us.''
