GreNo: Authority warns Gaursons Hi-Tech against 'hard grass' in green belt area

The Greater Noida Authority recently issued a notice to Gaursons Hi-Tech infrastructure on the complaint filed by one of the residents. The developer has not been able to develop the green belt as per the proposed plan.

A resident of 6th Avenue Gaur City highlighted the issue in a complaint filed on July 19. The resident mentioned in the complaint that the developer is using hard (artificial) green grass instead of 'mandatory natural soft green grass in the green area'.

The authority has given a 30 days notice period to the developer to re-built or to make necessary changes as per the proposed plan in the green area.

When CitySpidey contacted DGM Gaursons (facilities) Ashish Narula to know about the step they will be taking after the notice, he said, "I am not allowed to speak on the issue. However, I would suggest getting in touch with the head office and the media unit of Gaursons for the same."

Notably, the green area problem has been around for over two years and several complaints have been made in the authority. The developer was also approached for the same. In fact, an inspection officer also visited some time ago regarding the issue.
