There has been serious lapses from SDMC when it comes to maintaining these dustbins effectively.
There is no doubt that the South Delhi Municipal Corporation (SDMC) has done a commendable job by putting dustbins at places where it is required. But, there has also been serious lapses from them when it comes to maintaining these dustbins effectively.
It forces us to wonder what was the use of putting dustbins when they are not been managed properly.
Dustbins at sector 4 bus stand, which lie in front of the market, and at the entrance of Sector 14 Metro Station are full of garbage which show SDMC's careless attitude in managing the garbage.

Dustbins, which are full of garbage, can be seen everywhere in public places in Dwarka. It is clear that the civic body has not been clearing the garbage regularly.
People, who are upset with the lackadaisical attitude of SDMC, said that the filthy dustbins are creating highly unhygienic conditions in the area.
