On the occasion, Savita Shyal, a well-known Hindi writer, was the chief guest. While interacting with the students, she stressed upon the maximum use of Hindi. She said, “Hindi is the most beautiful language and one should embrace it.”

Students were informed about the importance of Hindi language. It was an enjoyable event where every word was spoken in Hindi and the participants enthralled the audience with their self-composed creations.

Children recited Hindi poems and narrated stories. Satyam and Rajesh, both presented their Hindi literary creations.

Students were also given prizes for showcasing their knowledge of Hindi.

On the occasion, GK Bhatnagar, president of Sudha Society said, “Every year, September 14 is celebrated as Hindi Diwas. Hindi is our mother tongue and national language and one should feel proud while speaking in Hindi.”
