A group of volunteers, residing at high rise in Sector 137, has beautified the walls of Noida Stadium. The stadium is a busy place where hundreds of joggers and morning walkers turn up daily for fitness activities.
They took paint and brushes in their hands to paint the walls around the stadium. Earlier, they had also painted the walls of a public park.
According to Abhisth Gupta, a volunteer from Sector 137, the paintings at central park attracted wide attention and appreciation from across residential pockets as well as officials of Noida.
This is the reason they were given a call to beautifying walls of the stadium.
He said, “A team of officials visited the sector to have a look at the painting done by volunteer of Sector 137.
The team included officer of public health and project engineer with Noida Authority. They appreciated the works done by all of us and invited to do same thing at Noida stadium.”
They made several theme-based paintings on walls of the entry gates and offices of the authority in the stadium. They stadium is looking very beautiful and also gradually becoming center of attraction for many.
