The core issue was stopping of registry of flats at the society.
MLA Pankaj Singh and Noida Authority's officer on special duty (OSD) on Monday participated in a public meeting to discuss issues confronting Antriksh Golf View-1.
A large number of senior citizens, women and youngsters participated in the meeting.
The core issue of the society is suspension of registration of flats . The builder owes Rs 125 crore to the authority.
This is the reason behind the move to stop the registration.
The other issues are related to parking, water supply, electricity and maintenance.
“Parking is a big issue in the society as parking spaces have been converted into flats. The authority was apprised of the situation but no action has been taken as yet. The MLA assured help in this regard,” a resident said.
It was also alleged in the meeting that the builder has not taken proper electricity and water connections.
Moreover, the residents accused the builder of misappropriating maintenance fund. They demanded opening of a separate bank account for this purpose which could be audited.
