A 45-year-old man was shot dead by an unknown assailant in Dwarka on Tuesday.
The assailant fired bullets at a property dealer, Narender, near MCD office on Old Palam Road.
Narender was rushed to the Venkateshwar Hospital where doctor declared him brought dead.
“Two assailants came on a motorcycle. When the victim was about to leave on his car, one of the assailants fired bullets on him,” said police.
Police informed that a PCR call was received about firing at Dwarka North police station at about 4.30 pm.
A case under section 302 was registered by the police. The investigation is under progress.
