UP RERA's conclave on Nov 1 to discuss real estate issues

The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has planned a national conclave on November 1 at Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be inaugurating the event. Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri will also be present on the occasion.

The objective of the one-day event would be finding ways to strengthen RERA Act. A memorandum will be submitted to the Central Government in this regard.

There conclave will be divided into five sessions.

During the first session, there will be discussions on real estate sector. The participants will discuss the challenges for the sector and their possible remedies.

During the finance session, discussions will be held on finding ways to generate funds for various projects. There will also be a session on legal aspects. Discussions will be held on cases lying in RERA and other courts.Participants can share their views on the matter.

Apart from these, a session will also be dedicated to buyers. There will be discussions on safeguarding the interests of the buyers. Homebuyers' issues will be taken cognizance of.

Sources in the UP RERA said,Big real estate companies will be making presentations during the conclave. The representatives from builders' associations and buyers' association will also be taking part in the conclave. Moreover, officials of different authorities have also been invited.

1,500 people are expected to participate in the conclave.
