Residents of New Gurugram celebrated Durga Puja amidst great festive fervor. Celebrating for the fourth year, the Probashi Bangaliyana Club left no stone unturned to make the festival a grand success.

The five-day-long celebration witnessed plethora of activities to keep up the festive spirit. Not just the Bengali community, but people from all walks of life gathered in huge numbers at the community lawn of Vatika India Next in Sector 82 on every evening. They celebrated the festival with great zest keeping up with the tradition.

Various artists from across the country presented a spectacular show. There were cultural programs, competitions for kids and prize distribution which made the evening enjoyable for the residents. Blind students from Janta Rehabilitation Training Centre for visually handicapped gave a live performance.

Married women participated in Sindoor Khela (vermillion game) on the concluding day. The celebration ended with devotees bidding an eco-friendly adieu to Maa Durga idol.
