As per the officials, people can put forward their queries using the hashtag #AskRERAExpert.
If you are among those people who have been hassled by the arbitrariness of builders and have taken concerns to the authority, then you can directly ask your queries on the Twitter handle of Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA).
The UP RERA has allowed people to ask their queries on its Twitter handle till October 15.
"If any buyer wants to take their money or property back from the builders then they can put forward their queries regarding this on the Twitter handle," said an official in Greater Noida Authority.
UP RERA will be answering to the queries on October 25.
To fix the builder-buyer issues, the UP RERA has formed a 11-member conciliation forum. The members of the forum include buyer, builder and officials of authorities.
To inform people about the new forum, the UP RERA has asked for queries on its Twitter handle @upreraofficial.

Queries can be asked till 5 pm on October 15. RERA officials will be answering the queries between 3 pm and 4 pm on October 25.
