The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Noida Authority Ritu Maheshwari on Thursday conducted a meeting with officials to discuss progress of different works in the city.
The main agenda of the meeting was to discuss ways to improve traffic conditions in the city.
A consultant made presentation on implementing Intelligence Traffic Management System (ITMS). Discussions were held to install CCTV cameras at different intersections. In order to implement this, a consultant will be hired.
During the meeting, review of the progress of work for solar power plant was done. Instructions were given to concerned officials to float tenders for solar power plant.
It was decided that a consultant will be hired who will be suggesting ways to increase greenery in the city. Officials were instructed to expedite the process of hiring the consultant.
As well, the authority took stock of the progress of different works such as wall painting, beautification of entry gates in Noida, proposed elevated road at DSC road, district hospital at Sector 39, multi-level parking and toilets.
The authority also inquired about progress of startup hub, habitat centre and a new golf course in the city.
The CEO issued strict instructions to complete the works as soon as possible so that people can get its benefits.
