While husbands are at the centre of all the festivities, women take the lead in the celebrations, after all they are the ones who have carried the tradition through ages and thereby built the institution of with love and trust.
Karwa Chauth is one of the festivals which knit families living in smart cities like Greater Noida where members of most families are working and hardly get time to spend with their loved ones. Not only families the festival also brings a community living in an area together.
