A group of residents from Assotech Windsor Court, a residential society in Noida’s Sector 78, met an official of Noida Authority and raised many issues related to their society on Thursday.
The delegation met Work Circle 6 PE Mukesh Vaish. The General Manager of Assotech Windsor Court (AWC) Ajay Sinha led the delegation while seeking redressal to the problems being faced by the residents.
As per the residents, their problems were not only heard but the positive response has been received from the authority's officials. Sinha was instructed to undertake the work on priority.
In the brief meeting, the residents requested for several basic facilities like permanent electricity connection, Ganga water connection and connecting the sewage line of the society to the main sewer.
The official said that permanent connection will be provided before March, 2020. He said that Ganga water and sewage connection will be provided in the society by October 31 this year.
The issues of lift malfunctions were also brought up by the residents and a conclusion was reached that as per the UP Apartment Act, the annual maintenance contract (AMC) will be provided to the Noida authority by Sinha in mid-November.
The official also instructed the GM to get the water tank and basement cleaned, arrange proper functional firefighters and cover electricity wiring in the society, build the boundary wall on priority and submit a plan for sewage treatment plant (STP) for the society in the follow-up meeting scheduled on November 16.
During the meeting, Sinha assured that unfinished work of Tower G, I, J and H will also be completed by March 2020.
Giriraj Bahediya, a resident of Assotech and part of the delegation team told CitySpidey that a review and work progress report for all the mentioned task will be submitted to the official by the team on November 16 and further discussions will be taken based on that.
