Pravashi Mahasang, Noida is going to organise a cultural event to celebrate Chhath Puja on October 30 at Noida stadium, Sector 21A.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, President of the Mahasang, Alok Vats, informed that the programme would begin at 5 pm. Ashwini Kumar Choubey, minister of state for health and family welfare, Mahesh Sharma, local MP and former cultural minister have been invited for the event.
Keeping the with entertainment of people in mind, Bhojpuri singer cum actor Arvind Kumar is invited to perform on the stage along with another singer, Maithli Thakur.
The event will be inaugurated by local MLA, Pankaj Singh on schedule .
Vats listed all the elaborate arrangements made for the occasion to ensure convenience of audience in view of the huge crowd the event had drawn last year.
