TERMS & CONDITIONS REGARDING PAYMENT GATEWAY

 

  • You have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions before using the Payment Gateway facility provided at the CitySpidey web/app. In case you are not the card holder/account holder yourself and you are using the payment gateway to pay online using Debit/Credit Card, Net-banking or any other valid option, then you are doing so in consultation and approval of the card owner/account holder. CitySpidey shall not be responsible for any use/misuse/theft of such card/account by the user.
  • If the payment does not go through while processing through Credit/Debit card, Net banking or any other valid option account, due to unavailability or technical error, our support team shall refund such amount (the actual amount proceed after deducting the applicable charges, if any) within reasonable time, to the same Credit/Debit Card or Net banking account or any other valid option, from which the payment is processed.
  • If transaction is found suspicious by our risk management team, in order to protect your payment from potential fraud, we may ask you to identify the card/account holder before we proceed with the payment. You may also be asked to submit identification proof and/or front copy of your card by email to complete the transaction. If you fail to produce such document(s) within stipulated time, your transaction will be cancelled.
  • All transaction charge will be borne by the user account for using the Payment Gateway. If the user cancels the transaction, processing charges, if applicable, will be charged to the user account.
  • If due to technical error, the booking is not processed or is cancelled by the user, refund will be initiated to same Credit card/Debit card, Net banking or any other valid option account through which the payment is originally processed. Refund handling charges may be applicable in case of cancellation of booking from RWA/agency’s end in addition to other charges.
  • Payment Gateway is an additional Payment option available to the user and it is not the only option for making payments. You can contact RWA/maintenance/agency office to make your payments by paying by cash/cheque or transferring funds via wire transfers.
  • All pre-paid services requests that are as per their terms and conditions refundable and are not availed and/or cancelled by the user in time will be refunded. The refund will be processed only after confirmation of such cancellation and approval for refund is received from the respective RWA and/or managing agency of said service(s).
  • In case of an error in the invoice that is generated by the maintenance agency/RWA, the refund will be initiated only after the rectification of such error by the respective RWA/agency.
  • In case of dispute the user can contact us on e-mail at resolution@cityspidey.com with all relevant details. CitySpidey will expeditiously try to address the issue with the respective RWA/agency and will seek an amicable settlement. Decision/Resolution provided by CitySpidey in consultation with the respective RWA/agency will be final and binding on all parties. The New Delhi Courts shall have the excusive jurisdiction.
  • CitySpidey reserves the right to modify/add/revise/alter/change the above policy regarding Payment Gateway, Refund and the Dispute Resolution without assigning any reason whatsoever for the smooth, fair and safe functioning of the facility and/or the CitySpidey web and/or app.
