Residents of Sector 100, Noida, selected a new RWA president and other board members on Saturday. As there was no other candidate for the president’s post, 40 members unanimously selected Yogendra Singh as the new president.
RP Singh became the secretary of the RWA while Ashok Chauhan was selected as the treasurer. Both Amit Bhargav and Savita Singh became the vice-presidents. Two weeks earlier, the former RWA president had resigned due to some personal reasons.
Yogendra Singh told City Spidey that he would continue the work of the former president. He said that there are many issues in the sector like security, park maintenance etc. that need attention and that he would work hard to solve those issues.
