National Law University organised a short run from Sector 22 to 23 to participate in the nation-wide campaign of Rashtriya Ekta Saptah.

A run was organised on November 5 by the National Law University in Sector 14 of Dwarka to celebrate the theme of unity. It started from Chitrakoot Apartments in Sector 22 and ended at Delhi International School in Sector 23.

Students from the National Law University and residents of various societies of the sub-city participated in the event. It was flagged off by Prem Bihari Mishra, a senior citizen and a resident of Chitrakoot Apartments.

Mishra said, “We felt proud to be a part of the run. An event which sends out the message of unity must always be appreciated. We will would certainly participate in more such events if the community organises them.”

Professor at the National Law University and organiser of the event, Dr Prasannanshu, said, “We organised this run in Dwarka as part of the nation-wide campaign of Rashtriya Ekta Saptah. Around 50-60 students of the BA, LLB programme participated, besides residents from various societies. The response of the community was indeed good.”

Aishwarya Gupta, a participant, said, “We really enjoyed the event with friends and other people of the community. Running for such a relevant message, while holding the flag, felt really proud. People of Dwarka too appreciated the event.”
