Dwarka remembers former CBI chief Joginder Singh Residents from various sectors of Dwarka during the condolence meeting

Residents of Dwarka held a condolence meeting on the demise of former CBI chief Joginder Singh in Sector 10 behind Punjab National Bank.

Singh was a resident of Nav Sansad Vihar Apartments, Sector 22, and also served the society as its president.

Residents shared their memories of Singh at the occasion. Debasish Bagchi, president of Defence Officers Apartments, Sector 4, spoke about his first interaction with Singh as CBI director and him as his subordinate.

Malay Chakroborty, founding president of Pahal (a social organisation) and a resident of Sector 22, spoke about Singh’s role as an advisor to his organisation. Mukesh Sinha, another social worker and a resident of Delhi Apartments, Sector 22, also shared Singh’s role in building the society.

Several dignitaries from various sectors were present during the meeting. Ritu Khati, principal of Sam International School; Anil Parashar, resident of Sri Agrasen Apartments, Sector 7; IM Khanna, resident of Nav Jai Bharat Apartments, Sector 5; PK Dutta, resident of Dakshinayan Apartments, Sector 4; and Ashok Luv, an eminent writer, poet and a resident of Surya Apartments, Sector 6, were present among many others at the meeting.
