Actor Zareen Khan was in the sub-city recently for the store launch of a reputed jewellery brand in Sector 11.

Bollywood actress Zareen Khan, who was last seen in a cameo in Wajah Tum Ho, says fast-developing Dwarka surprises her every time she comes here.
“I come to Delhi quite often, and have also been to Dwarka several times. It is amazing to see how much change there has been over the years. In fact, this particular area, Sector 11, has developed so much in such a short time. I’m glad to see this happening,” said Khan, who was visiting the Pocket 4 market of Sector 11 on March 28 for the store launch of a reputed jewellery brand.
Khan will be inaugurating three other showrooms in Noida, Aligarh and Alwar.
Commenting on why mostly female models and celebrities are chosen to endorse jewellery brands, she said, “Somehow, everybody feels that jewellery is meant for women, and not men. But that’s not true. We know that kings wore more jewellery than women, isn't it? But today, we don’t see that many men buying jewellery, so the market has become more female-oriented.”
Giving tips on looking good, Khan urged women to keep it minimalistic.
