People from the Tamil community organised the festival at Sheetla Mata Mandir in Sector 3 as residents from across the sub city participated in the puja.
A huge crowd of residents from across Dwarka gathered at Sheetla Mata Mandir in Sector 3 on May 14 to participate in Sheetla puja festival organised by people from the Tamil community.
M Kanhaian, president of Sheetla Mata Mandir, told City Spidey, “We have been organising this puja every year for last 21 years in Dwarka. Earlier, we celebrated it in Janakpuri. This is our culture and tradition that we are trying to uphold in Delhi.”
