Gurgaon: Why Sec 46 residents won't be going to a doctor soon

The RWA of Sector 46, Gurgaon, in association with Max Hospital, organised a free health check-up camp for its residents. The camp was organised at the sector's community centre and was held from 10 am to 5 pm on Sunday.

The camp offered free diagnostics such as Blood Pressure, Dental Check-up, ECG, lipid profile, and BMI.

About 300 residents attended the camp. The camp was conducted under the guidance of doctors from Max Hospital — Dr Devender Yadav , general physician Dr Abhiraj and many more.

"Health should be every individual's priority," said Chandra Kant, a resident of Sector 46. "Such camps help us keep abreast of what's going on inside our bodies. I got all the tests done and I'm absolutely fine."

“The initiative was organised for residents to get a thorough check-up free of cost," said Raj Kumar Yadav, president of the RWA.

Another resident, Ashok Yadav, said,“I was feeling dizzy for the past few days. I got my blood pressure checked and it is normal. I also got my lower back examined and the doctor prescribed me a couple of medicines and some exercise."
