Uniworld Gardens I: This summer, take a walk by the fountains

The RWA of Uniworld Gardens I on Sohna Road, Gurgaon, has made summers easier for its residents. It has fixed the 11 defunct fountains that adorn the premises of this upscale condominium.

The complex, spread across 13 acres, has 17 towers with 650 apartments. The fountains form a U shape, covering towers A and B of the society.

The RWA spent approximately Rs 50,000 on getting the fountains fixed.

Engineer Jai Prakash, who worked on the fountains for the past five months, says, “A lot of construction material had gotten inside the pipelines. We had to clear all of that out.”

Nirlept Singh, RWA president, said, “We have always been active in improving the society premises. Recently, we had worked on the landscaping of the main park. And then we took up the fountains. The whole place seems to have transformed with the fountains. It looks very beautiful now.”

The residents can now be seen milling around in the walkway beside the fountains, taking a respite from the summer heat.
