In an effort to provide residents with high-quality services, the RWA of Sector 46, Gurgaon, provided three major facilities to its residents. These include free wifi in three of the society’s parks, CCTV cameras and a community library.

The facilities were inaugurated by V Umashanker, MCG commissioner, at a function organised by the RWA on the evening of June 21. Gaurav Antil, joint commissioner, Haryana Civil Services, was also present on the occasion.

In view of the need for security, the RWA installed number plate readers and high-quality cameras at various places and at the main entries in the society. The community library, on the other hand, is aimed at encouraging children and the youth for their personal and social development.

During the inauguration, the RWA shared its concerns regarding blocked storm water drain, sewer and carpeting of a stretch of road. The MCG commissioner said, “We will address the issue of storm water drain and sewer this year after the monsoons.”
