Ashok Kumar, the accused in the gruesome murder of the seven -year-old student yesterday at Ryan International School Bhondsi, was presented in court today.
Kumar is to be remanded in judicial custody for three days.
Meanwhile, POCSO (Section 6) has been added to the FIR after the accused admitted to attempting to sexually assault the victim.
The Sohna and Gurgaon Bar associations have signed resolutions refusing to defend the accused.
