A group of CLass XII students from DPS Noida beat up two juniors on Monday for refusing to run an errand for them.

In a case of ragging, a group of students reportedly beat up their juniors at DPS, Noida. Both Yash Rawat and Dhruv Aggarwal, Class XI students, were in a bad condition and had to be hospitalised. The parents of the victims filed a complaint at Sector 20 police station. All the boys were living in the school hostel.

The victims alleged that the boys from Class XII used to beat, bully and rag them every now and then. On Monday, when the seniors had asked them to run an errand, they refused. Irked, the Class XII students started to beat them up.

Karan Rawat, Yash Rawat's brother, said, "When they were beating up Yash, Dhruv tried to stop them, but he got beaten up too."

Five Class XII students have been booked under sections 147, 148, 323 and 504 for criminal intimidation and threat to life against the accused.

SP City Dinesh Yadav told City Spidey that the police had started investigations. The school refused to react on the issue.
