Sukh Dukh Ke Sathi (SDKS) organised an interactive session between Imran Hussain, Delhi's environment minister, and residents and activists to mark the end of Environment Week.

The event was organised at the community hall of Chitrakoot Apartments, in Sector 22, Dwarka. Hussain addressed about a hundred residents from across the Delhi/NCR and encouraged them to extend their support to the cause of the environment.

"The Delhi government will provide the necessary support for water conservation and revival of water bodies," said Hussain. He set up meetings with Diwan Singh, an environment activist, amd SS Mann, a member of SDKS.

Environmentalists and social activists shared their views on how to conserve nature. Participants included prominent names in the sphere of environmental activism, such as Ramesh Mumukshu from Sector 14, Dwarka; Diwan Singh from Sector 23, Dwarka; PK Datta from Indirapuram; and Ravi Kalra from Haryana.

The session also included a photo exhibition of eco-friendly drives across the city and a tree-planting initiative. Children of Chitrakoot Apartments also organised an environment-themed quiz for those present.
