Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Wednesday held a meeting with the officials of Delhi Development Authority (DDA) over rehabilitation of drains in Dwarka.
After meeting, Baijal tweeted that rejuvenated drains can uplift the urban environment.
He said that rehabilitation of drains will add value to vicinity of residents living in societies connected with drains in different parts of the sub-city.
While addressing the officials, the L-G advised the officials to develop green corridors, walkways and cycle tracks along the drains with adequate civic amenities.
