Dwarka: The community people residing in Dwarka celebrated Ayyappa Pooja with much fanfare at Dushera ground in Sector 11 on Saturday.
The event saw recitation of devotional songs performed by Delhi Police group. Community feeding was conducted in traditional way by serving foods on the plantain leaves. Foods were also served to the poor.
A grand procession of Lord Ayyappa mounted on specially decorated chariot was organised at the event. The event was organised by Sree Ayyappa Sewa Samithi.
They have been conducting the event at Dwarka since 2011.
