Dwarka: Home Minister Amit Shah on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of the much-awaited Bharat Vandana Park in Dwarka. The park will be developed on 200 acres of land.

The park will be one of its kind with the depiction of the cultural and natural heritage of all the states in India. A mini India will be recreated at the park.

The park will be in the shape of a Lotus having nine petals. Each petal will exhibit a different theme. The park will also have a recreational zone, fun zone, lake view restaurant, environment zone, tree walk zone etc.

Speaking during the inauguration event, Shah said, “The opposition is trying to mislead the population. I am asserting that nobody's citizenship will be taken away. This was a part of Nehru-Liaquat pact. It was not implemented in the last 70 years because the Congress wanted to make a vote bank.”

“Modi government has implemented the pact which will provide citizenship to lakhs and crores of people,” he added.
