The joint forum of Vasundhara Enclave RWAs (VERWA) has decided to organise a cultural event showcasing the beauty of cultural diversity in the societies of the area.
Anil Pandey, president of Joint Forum of VERWA, told City Spidey that the idea was to showcase "unity in diversity". The initiative aims to provide ample opportunity to express and share the beauty and quirks of one's religion and culture. Pandey believes it will help strengthen the bond among residents and understand the values of other cultures.
"We should be able to organise a week-long cultural programme by October," said Pandey. "Residents belonging to different parts of the country will showcase their culture through music and dance."
