Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Development Authority said it would spend Rs 9290.84 lakh for painting dividers, repairing and widening the internal roads of Ecotech sectors 12, 16, 16B and 16C.
As per the official statement, the authority has decided to repair all the roads that are in bad shape to ease the problems faced by the commuters.
Repair of broken roads in these areas has been a key demand of the residents of highrises. Miffed with bad condition of internal road which connects to the main road, the residents have been regularly raising the matter on social media.
An official statement issued by the Greater Noida Authority read, "We have approved seven projects related to road strengthening, widening, paining dividers, repairing drains etc. Tenders will be issued soon.”
