Residents of Metro Apartment, Sector 71, Noida, are distressed about the constant seepage of drain water into the Society.
"The boundary wall of our society got damaged about 45 days ago, causing seepage from the adjoining drain," says Subhash Chauhan, President of Metro Apartment RWA.
They wrote to the Noida Authority demanding immediate repair works, but no action has been taken.
Badrish Chand, the Zonal Junior Engineer of Noida Authority, has a standard response. "The repair works will begin once the estimate for the work is approved by higher officials," he says.
