Noida: 118 new Covid-19 cases have been reported in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Budh Nagar on Sunday, taking the district tally to 2,765, as per the state health department.
The total number of Covid-19 fatalities in the district stood at 28, showed the official data.
As per the health bulletin, 113 patients have recovered during the 24-hour period, taking the tally to 1,759. The district recovery rate rose to 63.61 per cent from 62.20 on Saturday, as per the UP's daily health bulletin.
As of now, there are 978 active cases in the district, the bulletin said.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh reported 1,155 new cases and 12 deaths during the 24-hour period. The state tally of active cases stands at 8,161, while 18,761 patients have been discharged. Covid-19 fatalities in the state now reached 785.
