New Delhi: The trends coming out from Delhi pointed towards a better coronavirus situation. The numbers are consistently improving giving hope to citizens of Delhi. Friday saw a decrease in new cases, fatality and active cases.
On the other hand, recoveries continued to outnumber the new cases.
Delhi saw considerable drop in the daily fatality. 26 fatalities were recorded in last 24 hours, down from 58 on the previous day. Death toll has now reached 3,571 in Delhi.
1,462 new cases were reported taking the tally to 1,20,107 on Friday. On the seventh straight day, the new cases were in the range of 1,000-2,000.
The new cases dropped from the previous day. On Thursday, Delhi had reported 1,652 new cases.
The number of active cases dropped to 17,235 on Friday, down from 17,407 the previous day.
