New Delhi: The Capital on Tuesday recorded 1,101 new coronavirus cases, taking the cumulative tally to 6,49,973. The number of new cases reported came out of 84,237 tests conducted on the previous day.
At least 52,099 RTPCR/CBNAAT/TrueNat tests and 32,138 rapid antigen tests were conducted in the last 24 hours. The positivity rate stood at 1.31 per cent. The cumulative positivity rate stood at 4.65 per cent.
Four deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 10,967.
A total of 620 patients have recovered from the deadly disease, taking the total recovery figure to 6,34,595 in the national capital. Currently, there are 4,411 active cases in the city.
Out of the total 5,740 beds in coronavirus hospitals, 4,760 are vacant. A total of 2,316 patients are in home isolation.
