Normal life was thrown out of gear in Noida, with the city being lashed by heavy rains since the early hours of Wednesday. The relentless downpour shows no signs of stopping even after three hours.
While most people seem to have stayed indoors due to the torrential rains and traffic on the roads is thin, traffic is bound to be a problem once the rain stops. Most low-lying roads, however, are inundated and many of the vehicles that had ventured out have broken down on the streets.
If you haven't yet left home, it is advised to stay indoors till the situation gets better.
