Dwarka: The residents of Ganpati Appartments, Sector 9, Dwarka, celebrated Dussehra by bursting Ravana effigy made of balloons to stave off air pollution.
Addressing a gathering of men, women and children of Ganpati Apartments, Khem Singh Bhati, President of Ganpati Apartments, called upon the audience to emulate Lord Rama and ideals of Ramayan, to maintain social bondings between parents and sons, wife & husband, brothers and society.
The program was conceived by S Shukla, Chairman of Cultural Commitment with Kusum Singh, Archana Aggarwal, Advocate Tashmi Bhati, Mrs Kashyap and other ladies.
