The parks in Express View Apartments, Noida sector 105, are flaunting brand new benches.
Noida Authority installed 30 colourful benches across the Society parks last week, meeting the 7-month-old demand of the residents. Each bench was procured for Rs 4,000.
“We are glad the work is done. We had been requesting the Authority for benches since last year,” said Pradeep Saxena, General Secretary of Express View Apartment. "Now that they have been installed, it will provide some respite to joggers and senior citizens of the Society," he added.
Omvir Singh, Director of Department of Horticulture, said "I personally visited the sector to understand the requirement. We have provided 30 new benches for all six parks."
