Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority, or GNIDA, is working towards helping 18,000 flat buyers shift into their dream homes by the end of this month. GNIDA officials worked overtime during the Dussehra holidays to provide completion certificates to builders.

Speaking to City Spidey, CEO of GNIDA, Deepak Agarwal, said 16 builders had filed for completion certificates. "Completion certificates are being prepared for only seven builders at the moment as the rest do not have their documents in order," he added. "Builders with incomplete documents will be provided part-completion certificates to enable homebuyers to move in as soon as possible. We are trying our best to ensure that 18,000 flat buyers start staying in their dream homes by Diwali."
