Banana bread is one of the best things to boost your energy. It is soft, light and tastes wonderful. To blend the taste of softness and crunch you can also add some walnuts to it and bake. You  require the following written ingredients to make the same food.

Mangalore buns

It is the special dish from karnataka that is prepared  with mashed banana. These round poori or buns are best to enjoy in the evening. You need the following ingredients to prepare the dish.

Here is step wise guidance for preparation.
Chop the banana and add some sugar in a mixing bowl.
Mash the mixture well and add the whole wheat flour, 1 tablespoon  yoghurt, salt, ghee, baking soda and cumin powder to the mashed banana.
Knead the mixture into a smooth dough. You can add some yoghurt if the  dough is very thick.
Now keep the dough on rest covered in a bowl for 3 to 4 hours at room  temperature.
After you have kept it for 3 to 4 hours knead the dough once again and  place some oil on it.
Now heat any neutral flavoured oil for deep frying on medium flame.  When oil becomes hot, carefully slide the poori in it and enjoy it  with tea.

Banana mousse

It is one of the wonderful and healthy dessert choices that are also eggless. You need to collect the following ingredients to make a banana mouse.

Here is step to step guidance on preparation of banana mousse.

Peel the banana and blend it in a blender. Add a few drops of lemon in it.

Blend the bananas and check if any lymph is left there.

Now add the fresh cream to the pureed bananas.

Now mix the cream properly with banana puree.

Now pour the mousse mixture in small glasses.

Cover them and place them in the refrigerator.

You can serve the chilled egg free banana mousse with some whipped cream.

Phazam poori

Phazam poori is the popular street snack of kerala that  is vegan and can be enjoyed anytime. These are basically banana  fritters. You require the following ingredients to prepare pazham pori.

Follow the following written steps to prepare pazham pori.
Add ½ cup maida, 1 tablespoon sugar (optional), a pinch of turmeric  powder and a pinch of baking soda in a bowl and mix them well.
Now add water slowly.
Mix them properly and check if no lum is left over.
Remember to keep the batter consistency thick so that it coats the  banana slices very well.
Peel two large bananas and slice them in small sizes, similar  to  potato fritters.
Now heat some oil for deep frying. Dip each slice in the batter and  coat it well with the batter.
