SSP Noida Kiran S is now interacting with citizens through his newly launched Twitter account.
When an angry homeowner in Noida Sector 73, sent a complaint on the Twitter handle @sspnoida, he was pleasantly surprised to get an immediate reply from the SSP. Kiran S asked Yogendra Bisht, the resident, to meet him at his office after Tuesday, February 23, between 10 am and noon to address the grievance.
On February 19, a group of home buyers in Sector 73 had gathered in the neighbouring Swarna Jayanti Park to protest against a builder who, they say, has failed to give them possession of flats they have paid for.
Rahul Yadav, one of the protesters, said he had to take a personal loan of Rs 7 lakh to book a flat. He now has to pay an EMI of Rs 25,000 for a flat he can't move into.
However, the tweet from the SSP has reassured the group that action will be taken againts the builder.
@yogenderbisht98 please come to office after tuesday in the morning between 10 and 12 noon
