Dwarka: At Kargil Chowk, connecting Sectors 11/12/18/19, rampant violation of traffic rules can be witnessed. Jumping of red traffic signal, stopping ahead of zebra crossing and over speeding have become a common sight there. Such violations pose a threat to road accidents.
