The ongoing rain in Delhi NCR is being regarded as the maximum amount of rain received in the capital during October in the last decade. While the traffic snarls and waterlogged streets pose challenges, the rain has also brought pleasant weather and an improved AQI. As a result, Delhiites were seen making most of the rainy day on the newly opened for public Kartavya Path.
